I stopped by the Panda Express at Main Street during lunch, and while the food was fresh and delicious, the wait time was longer than expected. It took about 20 minutes to get my order, even though there weren't too many people. The orange chicken was spot on, and the fried rice was flavorful. A quicker service would’ve made it a 5-star experience.
Order Mix-Up, but Friendly Staff I ordered a plate with Beijing Beef and Chow Mein through the app, but when I got home, it was Teriyaki Chicken and white rice instead. I called the store, and the staff was very apologetic and offered to replace the meal for free. I appreciated their quick resolution, but it was a hassle to drive back. Double-checking orders before handing them out would help!
The taste was there, but the portion sizes? Not so much. I ordered a bowl with Kung Pao Chicken and rice, but it was mostly rice with only a few pieces of chicken and veggies. For the price I paid, I expected more. It feels like they’re skimping on the proteins and overloading the carbs.
